We visited the lovely shop in St Ives, Cornwall last week to find decently priced great looking wool wear.
Not only we fell in love with the kids “lamb” hoody gilet and bought it for our daughter, we shortly regretted not to buy a second one.
I contacted the shop via email. They were so flexible and arranging, within 24h my second gilet was paid and posted despite the fact their website not yet up and running !
