We are pleased to offer a free delivery discount of £3.50 on ALL orders over £80 to mainland UK. Orders below £80 will have minimum postage costs of £3.50 applied. The discount postage will be automatically taken care of on checkout if you have spent a minimum of £80
We currently deliver to UK only.
Please note: As a small business we wish to help our loyal customers as much as we can BUT In the case of a discount being applied for postage costs please note that should a part of an order be returned (the returned goods being NOT faulty) and remaining goods held by customer then did NOT qualify for a discount we will reclaim the minimum spend discount given from any refund, as it will not have met the Postage level, and would have attracted the £3.50 minimum postage costs for purchases below £80. Thank you for your understanding.
Please Note that our packing department usually operates from Monday to Friday therefore orders placed on a Friday and over a weekend may NOT be processed until Monday although we do our best at busy times to process all as quickly as possible
We are using Royal Mail’s TRACKED 24 for orders which provides full tracking for our customers and a speedy delivery. You will receive email or text updates regarding your order .
Click & Collect – FREE pick up from our St Ives shop.
Goods will usually arrive in the Fore Street Store for Collection with 2/3 days of order being submitted as our mail order goods are kept at our warehouse facilities and not in the store. Please do not attempt to collect from The Store, until we have forwarded an ‘order completed ‘ notification
